Miscellaneous Monday

I am going to warn you…As I type this I don’t even know what I am going to post! I still have not had my baby (was due on Wednesday) and honestly, I am doing okay. The first and second days after my due date I was a little down, and kept hoping I would have my baby soon. But as the days go on I am doing better. I know it has to happen sooner or later and I am just getting used to the idea that it is not going to happen till it happens! (does that make sense? I am not sure it does… but we’ll go with it!) I guess what I am saying is that when it is meant to be it will be. Period. And so I am just taking one day at a time.

And apparently not taking any pictures! Because as I think back this week my ‘one day at a time’ did not include picking up my camera! (I know, shame on me!) Last week I had hoped to be posting pictures of our new baby by now, but maybe we’ll get to do that soon!

Thanks to all of you for the well wishes! They really mean so much to me.  Whether you commented here on the blog, sent me an email, picked up the phone and called me or told me in person… THANKS! I really do appreciate it.

Speaking of the new baby, I plan to take his/her picture weekly for one year as I did with Kennedy.  I keep a file of all 52 weeks I took of Kennedy (just one shot out of each week) and this one is still one of my favorites (she was just learning to wave!) I am going to re-post it now because all posts are better with pictures!

Um, my cursor got a little click happy and grabbed a few more ‘favorites’ as I was in that file getting that one… ;)

Wow… I cannot believe how much she has grown up! Seeing these again makes me excited to take the new babies pictures weekly. It is a lot of work, but so worth it!

Thanks to all of you for hanging around listening to my ramblings… Happy Monday! XoXo
