Booking fall sessions

*Update: I currently cannot get into my email account, I am working on the problem, but may not be up till tomorrow (Friday) at lunch time. So if you have emailed me, I will reply once I get this email problem solved. So sorry for any inconvenience!

I actually took a deep breath before my fingers started moving over the keyboard to type this.

Fall, Autumn, whatever you prefer to call it, is almost here. Summer is almost over. I can hardly believe it - seriously, this year is flying by!

Fall just happens to be my favorite time of year. I absolutely love it. But it is busy, hence the dramatic “took a deep breath” first line.  :)

I just wanted to give a quick shout-out to all of you who want to book a fall session, who mean to do it in time for Christmas cards and gifts… book now! Because it will be here before ya know it! Feel free to call or email me, I’ll be happy to get you on my calendar.

In light of fall, and school beginning again, I’ll share an old picture with you. I took this a few years ago and think it is fitting for this post – and I still love it, I actually have an 8×10 printed in my bathroom :)

If you happen to love it too, and would like a copy, let me know and I’ll be happy to send you a link to get it printed. You can send me an email or just leave a comment here :)

Miscellaneous Monday

Hula Hooping has been the happening thing around here over the weekend…

Kennedy has practiced, and practiced, and practiced! She is not there yet, but I have a feeling she will master it soon :)

At one point it actually went up around her neck instead of down, and I love her reaction! She was all “Momma did you see that?!”

I probably broke some un-written Mommy-rule when I only bought one hula hoop. But, this was the only one they had in this size, so I bought it and promised to get another one as soon as possible, because while Bristol may not be old enough for it, she simply has to try whatever Sissy does….

Then she went back to pedaling her tricycle, which is one of her newest accomplishments :)

The tongue definitely helps.

Kennedy continued trying to master that hula hoop.

:)

Other weekend happenings included me shooting a gorgeous Bridal shower Tea Party, can’t wait to show that to ya! Here is a sneak peek I had posted on my Facebook page over the weekend:

I hope your weekend was wonderful…Happy Monday!

Miscellaneous Monday

After a quick run to the grocery store and post office this morning, Bristol begged me to let them go swimming. So I put my “To Do” list aside and I pulled out their little swimming pool. Because really, I just want to soak up these summer days. People are starting to talk about fall, and while I love fall and all that it brings, I am not ready to see summer end.

A few things that are making me laugh today….

First known picture of Michael Phelps…

(Thanks Jasmine Star for sharing that one) Who else is sad that the Olympics are over??

And this video of Kennedy and Bristol, Kennedy accidently bumps Bristol in the face with her rear-end while playing ‘train’ in the laundry basket with their pillow pets!

Happy Monday!

Mya

This girl? She is a sweetie.

Of course, I am a little biased since she is my niece :)   I snapped these for my Sister to document Mya at 6 months old….

Her expressions totally make me laugh!

Thanks for looking!

Miscellaneous Monday

We have been at the lake with our family….

And it has been fun :)

Now we are missing them (some of them live in TN) and I am sore (I skied a little, and lets just say my arms are protesting now!) and Bristol is asking “Are we gonna go to the wake today Momma?”    :)      Nope, Lake-time is over and we are getting back in the day-to-day groove around here.

I didn’t have internet access, so I had a mountain of emails anyway, but my email also got hacked, so if you got a spam email from me… I am sorry! I think I’ve got that fixed… if you emailed me and haven’t heard back, please re-send it now, and I’ll be sure to reply :)

Happy Monday everyone!

Miscellaneous Monday

Watching the Olympics over the weekend Kennedy is intently watching the swimmers and suddenly says “Momma! Look! Is he taking swimming lessons like me?!”

I explained that he has probably had a lot of lessons thus far :)

I pulled a few pictures out of my “Misc” photo folder to share with you today… Our sweet Tenley is growing up so fast…

She is well-loved by her sisters….

Tenley is my first baby to suck her thumb… and well, after trying hard to get her to take a paci, we gave up and let her have that beloved thumb. And yes, I admit, it is precious!

Happy Monday :)

Willa

I took Willa’s pictures the day I went into labor, talk about working right up to having a baby! haha! I am so happy we got these done before Tenley decided to come… Congrats Kemp and Katie!

Here are a few of my favorites of Willa Elizabeth…

I simply adore this next shot… for many reasons, but one being that the canvas in the background is a shot I took at Kemp and Katies wedding…and now it is being used as the backdrop for their precious little girl :)

ah! love love love this smiley face!

Katie made these adorable cowgirl boots… (and the blanket too!)

I love all the smiles/expressions we got…

Sweet baby yawns!
