Coreen and Lia

My camera and I feel in love with this little girl from the first ‘click’ of my camera… (I know, I am corny!) But really, she was absolutely adorable!

Meet Coreen and Lia; a Mother/Daughter pair.

Coreen and Lia; Thank you again for asking me to do your pictures… It was so good to meet you and I look forward to seeing you again soon!

XoXo

Welcome…

To my new blog! I am still learning how to use it, so you may see several changes in the future, but when I saw how big I can make my pictures I was sold!  My old blog is also here, I was able to import it, so you can still see it.

I’ll be blogging a Mother/Daughter shoot soon, till then, here is a picture of Kennedy that Stuart (my hubby) took. He also snapped some updated ones of me, you can find them on the ‘about me’ page.  And speaking of pictures of me, you can also see some on Linden’s blog (see I am still learning because I can’t figure out how to link her site on here!) You can find her blog at www.lindenclairephotography.com I was going to post some of the pictures she took here on my blog and link her then, but I don’t have the pictures yet, so go on over and see them on her blog!

Mmmm, I love how big this picture is!

Chris and Chrissie

Meet Chris and Chrissie; a Father-Daughter pair. I have to admit, I was quite impressed when Chris contacted me wanting pictures of him and Chrissie, it’s not often that you get requests from Dad’s! I think it is so important to have pictures like this, and so sweet!

Chris and Chrissie; Thanks again for having me take your pictures!!

I hope you are all having a fantastic weekend :)

Brant

You may remember this little handsome boy a few posts back. The first time we did his pictures we got rained on and he never once sat still, I left feeling like I didn’t really get a great shot of his face… I know it is not easy to get a 2 year old to sit still, and I like the ‘in action/not posed’ shots, but still, I wanted to see his face in at least one! And so, I asked if we could do his again, whice we did, and we got rained on again! However, I got some great ones (where you can see his face!) this time around!

I also got this cute one of his brother Cade…

Kennedy Week 42

Sigh… we are sure getting close to that 1 year mark! I set out to take Kennedy’s picture every week for one year, and we only have 10 weeks to go! I now bring you Week 42:

There she goes with that pointing!

something stinks!

Happy Monday!

The Simmons Family

Sheesh! It has been almost a week since I last blogged! Shame on me! Well, here is a big post because it is a big family!

Ron, Jill, Jared, Susie, Nathan and all the kiddo’s; Thanks for having me take your pictures!

Something about this picture I just love! (David, who is running away acting silly, was supposed to be sitting on the bench with the others..)

These brothers were so goofy!
I think they get it from their Mom…
love this father-daughter picture!

Ah, baby yawns… love ‘em!

Kennedy Week 41

Ah, 41 weeks have gone by since we had Kennedy. Amazing. I am still doing her weekly pictures (up to one year old) and here are a few I captured this past week….

I love this picture!

Her new thing is to point at any and everything!

She looks mad here; but she is just talking! And she is, well, passionate about it!
Here she is waving… love it!
Have a fabulous weekend everybody!

Linden’s Birthday

Linden recently asked me to document her birthday party… when she called she said “this may be silly, but I really want some pictures to document my birthday….” Well, I didn’t think it was silly at all, I thought it was a great idea! Especially if photography is important to you, as it is to Linden. And so, I went and documented her birthday with friends and family…

Here she is with her fiancee Matt..

You can check this gal out here

Hope you all are having a fabulous week :)

Sarah

Sarah first sent me a message on Facebook and said “I want you to take my pictures – I don’t have a ‘reason’ I just know I want them done!” I told her you never need a reason to get your pictures made, just do it! You’ll be glad you did now and later!

So, we got together and the first thing she said was; “I don’t have a clue what to do, you need to tell me!” I told her not to worry we’d have her feeling good in front of the camera in no time. And sure enough, she rocked it! Here are some of my favorites….

and she said she didn’t know what to do… I beg to differ!
