My brother-in-law…bugs anyone?!
This shot makes me laugh out loud, so I thought I’d share it
I hope your weekend is fabulous!
This girl? She is a sweetie.
Of course, I am a little biased since she is my niece I snapped these for my Sister to document Mya at 6 months old….
Her expressions totally make me laugh!
Thanks for looking!
We have been at the lake with our family….
And it has been fun
Now we are missing them (some of them live in TN) and I am sore (I skied a little, and lets just say my arms are protesting now!) and Bristol is asking “Are we gonna go to the wake today Momma?” Nope, Lake-time is over and we are getting back in the day-to-day groove around here.
I didn’t have internet access, so I had a mountain of emails anyway, but my email also got hacked, so if you got a spam email from me… I am sorry! I think I’ve got that fixed… if you emailed me and haven’t heard back, please re-send it now, and I’ll be sure to reply
Happy Monday everyone!
Watching the Olympics over the weekend Kennedy is intently watching the swimmers and suddenly says “Momma! Look! Is he taking swimming lessons like me?!”
I explained that he has probably had a lot of lessons thus far
I pulled a few pictures out of my “Misc” photo folder to share with you today… Our sweet Tenley is growing up so fast…
She is well-loved by her sisters….
Tenley is my first baby to suck her thumb… and well, after trying hard to get her to take a paci, we gave up and let her have that beloved thumb. And yes, I admit, it is precious!
Happy Monday
I took Willa’s pictures the day I went into labor, talk about working right up to having a baby! haha! I am so happy we got these done before Tenley decided to come… Congrats Kemp and Katie!
Here are a few of my favorites of Willa Elizabeth…
I simply adore this next shot… for many reasons, but one being that the canvas in the background is a shot I took at Kemp and Katies wedding…and now it is being used as the backdrop for their precious little girl
ah! love love love this smiley face!
Katie made these adorable cowgirl boots… (and the blanket too!)
I love all the smiles/expressions we got…
Sweet baby yawns!
My girls girly-girls. Totally into pink, and anything barbie or princess. In fact, Bristol tells me every morning as I get her dressed “Mommy, I wanna look like a Pwincess!”
But, they also love climbing tree’s (the one little tree at the end of our driveway that they can actually get in!) picking up fat green worms (which Bristol holds up close to her face and says “It’s so pwetty!”), and playing with sticks. What is it about sticks? They love them!
We had a good lazy day yesterday. I sat outside and watched as Kennedy and Bristol danced to a little toy that plays lullabies…
Then they ran toward me a few times holding hands while I took pictures…
But that did not end well….
Nothing that a little popsicle couldn’t fix though
Then they ran again, this time not holding hands…
Okay, for those of you who know me well, you probably guessed that I laughed so hard at that ‘falling’ shot! I can’t help myself! I know, even as I type this it sounds so mean. But in my defence I did jump up as soon as it happened, grabbed her, checked her over to make sure she was okay, soothed and comforted, got the popsicle…. and once she was okay I was looking at the pictures on my camera and only then did I start laughing (totally out of control!) when I saw that I captured her mid-fall! I literally could not stop laughing! I am pretty sure my kids think I am nuts
Hope your weekend was wonderful and your Monday is off to a great start….thanks for looking!
Honestly, Monday has snuck up on me. And I have a million things going on (who doesn’t, right?!) so I am doing a super quick post today…
These are pictures from Tenley’s weekly shoots. I love when I get a good ‘serious’ look and ‘happy’ look in the same week
Here she is at 8 weeks old…
And her nine week serious face…
and nine week happy face
For this post, I went through my “June Misc.” folder and chose some favorites….
Summertime at MawMaw and Poppa’s house
I am incredibly blessed to have amazing grandparents. They have always been a huge part of my life, making countless memories with not only me, but all of their children and grandchildren. Now they have great-grandchildren and they are just as amazing with them. Kennedy and Bristol love going to their house, and we often go up there just to hang out, eat lunch and let the kids play…
From left, here is Max, Tori, Kennedy and Bristol
Sisterly love
I adore this picture for the simplicity that it is. They way it shows my girls, as they are now.
Bristol Bee
Ah, this child is so full of personality. She keeps us laughing all the time. She climbed up on my bed with her baby doll one day, so I grabbed my camera and captured her, just being her
A summer day
Lunch outside on beach towels in bathing suites and their little pool nearby makes these little girls very happy.
Thanks for looking
Happy Monday!
